The R&R team has well over 100 combined years of industry experience. This experience covers a wide range of projects including residential to light industrial, with locations across the State. The majority of the R&R team members have over a decade working together, producing excellent results, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.

Having received OSHA OTI 500 training and OSHA Certification that authorizes him to
to teach 10- and 30-hour OSHA training, David Hinchberger fulfills the most stringent safety qualifications for Richard and Rice. As part of his job, he conducts outreach programs with sub contractors working in the field. In fact, explains David, the Richard and Rice company culture is "safety always ahead of production." What sets the company apart is the fact that the time schedule for project completion is always met, despite implementation of the toughest safety standards in the industry today. Their "can do" attitude is what makes this possible.
In doing his job, David travels throughout the state of Florida, visiting all the job sites, conducts safety audits, and takes corrective measures when he finds any departures from the safest methodology being employed at a site. In fact, David employs a system to discourage poor and unacceptable practices and reward positive or safe practices.
David has been in the construction business since 1998 and worked in HAZMAT in Canada for seven years. He has been with Richard and Rice since 2006.
