Quality Assurance

• Quality assurance program through which it is expected that all R&R employees  take responsibility for their actions and the actions of those around them. Quality requires people to function as a team. Expectations of responsible behavior require accountability and management support for R&R's employees to carryout that responsibility. R&R strives to become an integral part of your team, to help you the customer to achieve your goals while being accountable to uphold our end of our agreement.
• Definition of the construction process and procedures extend to codes, regulations, product specification, safety procedures, drawings, contracts, and construction documents. To insure our success and the success of our customers we require cooperation to obtain all necessary information to conduct construction operations. Without all information, plans, definitions, specifications provided by the contractor/builder R&R will be unable to complete its scope of work within the required time frames and specifications.
• R&R's primary focus is to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction by compliance with R&R's high standards of excellence as well and those of the contractor/builder.
• Exceeding Customer Expectations is standard operating procedure for R&R ownership; we specialize in under-promising and over-delivering.
