Requirements For Jobsite Mobilization

• Written notification from the contractor/builder which includes, address, model type and elevation, garage orientation and legal description of the property
• Site plan and address list
• Access to potable water
• Building permit on hand available for all inspections as required by governing authorities
• Vouchers or purchase orders necessary to make applications for payment in the agreed upon terms and amounts
• Surveyors building corners pinned with benchmark elevations noted
• Proposed Survey of the permitted property
• Grade of building pad to within +/- 1" and removal of any vegetation from the building area whether above or below grade
• Dumpster or designated location to place all refuse created from construction operations
• Additional work not covered in this proposal and performed by R&R personnel, manpower or supervision at the request of the builder, will be invoiced at a rate of $48.90/hour plus materials, tools and equipment costs.
